Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries (e.g., Indiamart) and arrange meetings for the sales team
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, inventory, accounts) for smooth order processing
• Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and CRM/Excel records
• Support customer communication and ensure timely service updates
• Help manage inventory status, vendor coordination, and dispatch follow-up
• Maintain organized records and assist with basic admin duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales/admin role
• Graduate degree (any stream)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Indiamart is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
• Technical background is a plus
