We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Mumbai (IT Industry)

dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor sales strategies.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports.
Address customer queries and complaints via phone or visits.
Maintain accurate customer databases and provide quotations.
Coordinate with the service and operations team to ensure timely project delivery.
Support after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction.
Arrange meetings with potential clients and drive business growth.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in IT sales or related field
