Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Team by managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating field activities, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. The role involves close monitoring of sales performance, outlet coverage, attendance tracking, and expense management to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team and Management.

Coordinate and monitor sales orders, dispatches, and documentation in line with company standards.

Track daily attendance, outlet visits, and field activities of sales representatives through the Salesforce application.

Maintain and update records related to sales performance, outlet coverage, and visit frequency.

Follow up on secondary sales data and ensure timely reporting and accuracy of information.

Handle and resolve queries related to sales expenses, reimbursements, and field claims.

Prepare periodic sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.

Assist in planning sales meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely communication and coordination between Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments.

Support sales performance improvement initiatives and maintain process compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role (preferably in apparel, retail, or FMCG).

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, MS Excel, and other reporting tools.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight timelines.

Attention to detail and strong follow-up orientation.
