  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential leads through various inside sales channels (phone, email, webinars, etc.).
  • Understand the learning objectives and challenges of prospective students or educational institutions.
  • Present and articulate the features and benefits of our Edtech courses and solutions effectively.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and address client queries and concerns.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback.
