We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is crucial to achieving our revenue goals and providing excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and logistics departments. Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems. Process orders, forms, and applications. Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for sales representatives. Handle client communication related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Support the onboarding process for new clients or partners. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Detail-oriented and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
