Sales Coordinator

The Management Trainee will support sales operations by handling calling activities, dealer coordination, CRM tracking, and reporting. The role is designed to develop future Sales Coordinators who can manage existing dealers, oversee freshers, and ensure structured execution and productivity tracking. The ideal candidate should be strong in calling and management fundamentals with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle outbound and follow-up calling for dealers and internal coordination

Support existing dealer management by tracking account status and progress

Monitor and report:

Dealer-wise status

Work progress and follow-ups

Number of meetings conducted

Productivity of field sales and freshers

Coordinate with field sales teams and track dealer visits

Update CRM records, including dealer details, visit updates, and sales figures

Fix appointments and meetings with new and existing dealers

Assist in end-to-end coordination of sales activities and reporting

Prepare structured daily and weekly reports for management review

Support and coordinate with freshers working under the sales function

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

Identify gaps in execution and escalate issues to seniors

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,783.64 per month
