We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will take complete ownership of the sales process - handling both inbound and outbound clients, driving conversions, and building long-term relationships. The role is target-driven and demands strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, website, and social media.
• Reach out to outbound prospects through follow-ups, referrals, and past client databases.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable tours, workshops, or services.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices.
• Consistently follow up and ensure timely sales closures.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales or client servicing experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
