To Coordinate with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. To Provide support regarding documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements as per sales team. To Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. To take order with old and new parties. ToContinue to follow up payment from the concerned old and new parties. To informing the all parties about the new products that has been launched in the market. ToIdentify and approach potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. ToMaintain sales records and prepare reports MIS daily . ToProvide new updates to the sales manager and other.
