Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive (Outbound – LinkedIn & Calling)

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven professional to handle outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach for IT services. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect engagement, and appointment setting through cold calling and LinkedIn campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound cold calling to prospective clients to introduce IT services
  • Perform LinkedIn outbound outreach (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging)
  • Identify and qualify leads based on business requirements and interest
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal trackers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach messaging
  • Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead-generation targets
  • Prepare basic reports on calls made, responses, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in outbound sales, calling, or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

  • Number of outbound calls per day
  • LinkedIn connections and response rate
  • Qualified leads generated
  • Meetings or demos scheduled
  • Conversion ratio from outreach to meeting
