Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve managing customer relationships, handling sales orders, and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for satisfaction, reorders, and retention. - Contact and interact with new customers to generate business and convert it into sales. - Build strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. - Maintain updated customer databases and interaction records. - Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution. - Guide and support junior sales staff whenever required. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles. - Smart, confident, and with an attractive personality. - Good computer skills (MS Office). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Languages Known: Bengali (mandatory), Hindi, English.
