About Shunya

Shunya is an AgriTech startup revolutionizing fodder production through technology-driven hydroponic systems. Our franchise model enables entrepreneurs to participate in the green fodder revolution and contribute to sustainable dairy and livestock farming.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for energetic professionals to join our Sales Team.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Department: Business Development / Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Reports To: Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and operations team in managing Sales coordination, Prospects life cycle, , customer coordination, dispatch tracking, and CRM updates for Shunya’s fodder and livestock feed products.

This role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can coordinate between production, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and follow-up calls from dairy farms, gaushalas, and distributors.
  • Record orders in CRM and coordinate with production & logistics for timely delivery.
  • Maintain daily sales tracker, stock status, and dispatch schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for vehicle planning and delivery confirmation.
  • Share daily sales & collection reports with the management team.
  • Manage customer database and ensure timely payments and follow-ups.
  • Assist in generating invoices, delivery challans, and maintaining order documentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns and WhatsApp communication for lead nurturing.
  • Handle post-sales feedback and coordinate for issue resolution.
  • Provide weekly MIS reports and analytics on sales trends, customer types, and demand planning.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot, basic formulas, data entry).
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with both internal and external teams.
  • Prior experience in feed, agri input, or dairy sector preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a startup environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Agri Input Sales, or Dairy Feed Marketing.
  • Candidates with background in livestock feed, fodder, or dairy B2B sales will be preferred.

Compensation

Competitive salary plus performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon H.O, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
