Job Description

Responsible for coordinating sales activities by managing quotations, handling customer queries, supporting order execution, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to existing leads and customers in a timely manner.
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails by providing accurate product and pricing information.
Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent follow-ups for orders and payments.
Generate and share proforma invoices in coordination with the accounts department.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Share company profiles and product details with prospective customers to support new lead generation.
Maintain proper sales records, customer data, and follow-up details.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
