Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To support the rPET sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations including quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and MIS for management review.

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as a point of contact between customers and the sales team for routine queries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support in onboarding new clients.
Ensure timely communication regarding product availability, lead times, and Dispatch.

Order & Documentation Management

Process purchase orders, proforma invoices, and coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning.
Monitor payment collections and coordinate with accounts for timely follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SAP (HANA).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of rPET / plastics / packaging industry preferred.
