Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team by performing general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Throughout the sales process, you will prepare sales-related documents like proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders. It will be your duty to promote the brand image internally and externally, gather materials, and assemble information packages. You should utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while also ensuring guest loyalty to Marriott is maintained. Additionally, you will enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process and answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
