Role Overview: You will be responsible for customer communication, including handling order updates, queries, and feedback. Your role will involve timely follow-up to maintain relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be coordinating order management, liaising between different departments, and handling reporting and documentation. You will also be supervising a team to ensure smooth operations.
