Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order execution.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on payments and assist in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
