Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
  • Handle confidential communication and documentation
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings

Sales Coordination Duties

  • Support the sales team with lead tracking, client follow-ups, and order processing
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales databases
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and promotional materials

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

Any Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong command of MS Office and CRM tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
