Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will handle sales coordination tasks, including supporting the sales team, managing customer service, and ensuring seamless sales operations. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, processing orders, managing sales documentation, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth transactions and operations.

Qualifications

• Competence in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and a clear understanding of sales processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
