Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients on queries, onboarding, and renewals.
• Maintain CRM/records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
• Generate sales reports and track performance.
• Assist with sales campaigns and outreach activities.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth client servicing.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2–7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Location

• Mohali Office (preferred)
• Remote option available only for candidates willing to work full-time with dedicated focus from home.
