Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Ajit Mill, Rakhiyal , Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Support sales managers during meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Experience from 6 Month to 1 year (Preferred: Sales/Coordination role in manufacturing industry)
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
