Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in New Delhi. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, coordinating with customers to address their needs, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and supporting sales teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or interior design industry is a plus
