Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Noida Sector-94 , Near Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro station

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client and broker data, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and channel partners, and assisting in closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team, channel partners, and developers for lead management and deal closures

Maintain and update client, broker, and lead data in CRM or Excel

Follow up with channel partners on site visits, bookings, and documentation

Prepare and share sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly performance updates

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project details for clients

Coordinate site visits and ensure proper follow-up post visit

Handle booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documentation

Act as a communication bridge between sales team, channel partners, and developers

Ensure timely collection and verification of documents from clients and brokers

Support management with sales coordination and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools

Good follow-up and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in real estate channel partner companies

Understanding of real estate sales cycle and documentation

Experience handling brokers and developers

Working Days:

6 days working
