Job Profile / Nature of Duties:

Handling Day today transaction and Interaction with customers for order follow-ups.
Generating Customer code / New FG Item / Sale Order / Dispatch Schedule Creation for handling customers in ERP.
Follow-ups for PO and getting monthly or day wise requirement plan from customers.
Coordinate with Planning and Production team to ensure timely delivery for Customers Orders.
Follow-ups for getting Budget Forecast from Customer for Raw Material Planning.
Generating Month on Month Raw Material Budget Plan in ERP.
Follow-up with Procurement team to get the RM Updates & ETA against the given RM budget forecast plan.

Ensuring end-to-end support for incoming New Product Development (NPD) activities like Layout, product development & getting all necessary approvals from different functions from existing customers.
