Responsibilities.
· Lead Generation
Lead management
· call customers and enquire/explain requirement/ product.
· Maintain organized records and reports month end goal setting to the senior management team.
· Work with senior sales staff in monthly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
· Establishing and maintaining relationship with customers.
· RESPOND TO Customer Concerns.
· Collaborating with sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
· Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities, Negotiate with customers.
Requirement and skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or MBA
· Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creating of marketing campaigns / Experience customer handling.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
· Knowledge of typing. / Knowledge of ERP or Ability to run ERP.
