Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our

sales team in delivering cutting-edge AI and digital transformation solutions to B2B

industrial clients. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of proposals, client

communication, and sales operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the sales, technical, and product

teams, contributing to the growth of our business by supporting enterprise-level

digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development

    : Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to

create tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts that showcase our

AI-driven solutions and digital transformation services to industrial clients.

  • Client Engagement

    : Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to

provide timely responses to inquiries, updates on proposal status, and other

client communications.

  • Sales Enablement

    : Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process,

from lead management to deal closure, including scheduling meetings,

product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    : Coordinate with engineering, data science,

and product teams to ensure that sales proposals align with the technical and

operational capabilities of our platform.

Market and Client Research

leads in key industries such as Cement, Steel, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharma,

Automobile etc.

  • Order Processing

    : Ensure the accurate processing of sales orders and

contracts, facilitating the smooth implementation of digital transformation

projects.

  • Sales Reporting

    : Prepare and distribute regular sales performance reports,

helping the team track pipeline progress, key metrics, and forecast accuracy.

  • E

    vent Coordination

    : Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings,

trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events related to AI and digital

transformation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information

Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the technology,

AI, or digital transformation sector.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with industrial B2B markets and digital transformation

technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to

convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with

cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with digital transformation, AI, or IoT solutions.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, particularly within industrial sectors like

manufacturing, utilities, and logistics.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, or

enterprise-level software sales.
