Maintain excellent
sales coordination
and relationships, focusing on
Export Documentation process
and addressing customer needs.
Ensure
higher level accuracy
in pricing, quantity, and all other customer specifications on sales orders.
Provide
sales analysis and guidance
; assist in the implementation of sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and other related work reports.
Conduct
Bank follow-ups
and payment follow-ups with customers.

Logistics and Operations:

Coordinate the
transportation of orders by sea or truck
.
Coordinate with the
production team
for material dispatch and production planning.
Manage
Freight Forwarder documentation
and work closely with
Customs House Agents (CHAs) and logistics management.
Oversee Freight Forwarder activities
to maintain document integrity and schedules.
All exports related works and specified works allotted by Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Degree with
MBA (or) Engineering candidates preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of
three years related experience
in international business, international marketing research, logistics and customs highly preferred.
Very good in Data Analytics.
Communication & Language:

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
are mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
and
Hindi highly preferred.

Core Competencies:

Excellent Customer coordination, relationship, and payment follow-ups.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.

Exceptional candidates good in academics and high logical thinking may also apply without experience.
