Key Responsibilities Customer and Sales Coordination: Maintain excellent sales coordination and relationships, focusing on Export Documentation process and addressing customer needs. Ensure higher level accuracy in pricing, quantity, and all other customer specifications on sales orders. Provide sales analysis and guidance ; assist in the implementation of sales strategies. Prepare sales reports and other related work reports. Conduct Bank follow-ups and payment follow-ups with customers. Logistics and Operations: Coordinate the transportation of orders by sea or truck . Coordinate with the production team for material dispatch and production planning. Manage Freight Forwarder documentation and work closely with Customs House Agents (CHAs) and logistics management. Oversee Freight Forwarder activities to maintain document integrity and schedules. All exports related works and specified works allotted by Management. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Degree with MBA (or) Engineering candidates preferred. Experience: Minimum of three years related experience in international business, international marketing research, logistics and customs highly preferred. Very good in Data Analytics. Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory and Hindi highly preferred. Core Competencies: Excellent Customer coordination, relationship, and payment follow-ups. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems. Exceptional candidates good in academics and high logical thinking may also apply without experience.
Role & responsibilities 1. Secretarial & Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 , SEBI Regulations, Income Tax Act, FEMA, etc. and Secretarial Standards. Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholder Meetings (AGM/EGM). Draft agendas, notices, board notes, resolutions, and minutes. Maintain statutory books and registers Register of Members, Directors, Charges, Minutes of Meetings, etc., as required by law. Responsible for the accurate and timely filing of various statutory forms, Handle MCA/ROC filings , annual returns, and event-based filings. Coordinate with stock exchanges for listed-company compliances. Secretarial Audit: Conducting or facilitating the Secretarial Audit to check compliance with the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable laws. Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR, Insider Trading Regulations , and related guidelines. 2. Governance & Advisory Advise the Board and management on corporate governance best practices. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and evolving compliance frameworks. Assist in planning and executing corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, share allotments, etc. 3. Legal Compliance & Documentation Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements , etc. Maintain and manage legal records and documentation systems. Coordinate and follow up on legal matters with external legal counsel. Ensure contractual compliance and timely renewals. Assist in dispute resolution, notices, and legal correspondence. 4. Systems & Documentation Implementation Develop and implement documentation management systems across departments. Ensure digital record keeping and compliance tracking. Standardize internal processes, checklists, policies, and documentation formats. Improve workflow efficiency through systematic documentation and process automation. 5. Liaison & Coordination Act as key liaison between the company and external bodies: ROC MCA SEBI Stock Exchanges Depositories Auditors (Statutory & Secretarial) Legal Advisors Coordinate with internal teams: finance, HR, operations, and senior management. 6. Reporting & Record Management Prepare compliance reports for management and the Board. Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filings. Manage shareholder-related matters and communications. Ensure safe custody and confidentiality of records. Required Qualifications Mandatory: Qualified Company Secretary (ACS / FCS) Preferred: Work experience in a Public Listed Company Additional qualifications like LLB will be an added advantage Skills Required Strong knowledge of Company Law, SEBI regulations, Listing compliance Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills Ability to design and implement compliance and documentation systems Strong coordination, analytical and organizational skills High ethical standards and integrity Work Location Coimbatore (On-site)
