Job Description

Experience: 4~8Yrs:

Looking for dynamic Inside Sales professional with good sales acumen. He/she must possess B2B lead generation capabilities, Sales prospecting including researching accounts and qualifying, cold calling, fixing appointment and requirement gathering. As part of daily routine, should upload and maintain up-to-date data into CRM tool to manage leads, track pipeline and forecast and to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Should have good understanding of embedded technology and manufacturing services, especially in targeting prospects to provide high value solutions / services. Domain to focus are Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Industrial, Medical and IOT/IIOT.

Responsibilities

  • B2B lead generation and sales prospecting across USA & Europe regions
  • Experience in Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections / rejections optimistically
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify prospects, provide timely response to queries and explore potential areas of business to partner with
  • Qualify leads from various sources including outcome of campaigns, mailers and from social media and strategically follow-up of potential prospects
  • Pursue towards fix appointment with right stake holders in prospect/client organization
  • Target customers are Small-Mid-Large size engineering / product companies to position services / offerings of scale as defined in sales objectives
  • To be updated in technology trends, good exposure of competition and positioning of services accordingly
  • Should be a contributor with ability to interpret and reuse the sales material

Skills & Experience

  • An Independent contributor, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable professional
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good in probing with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle, manage / engage / fix-up meetings with C-Suite executives
  • Proven track record sales prospecting with good contacts in the USA/Europe region
  • Good understand of organizational structures and decision making processes
  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles as an inside representative•
