🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Export Division in managing international clients, export documentation, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of export processes and excellent communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Manage international customer accounts

✨ Prepare Export–Import documentation (PI, CI, PL, COO, BL/AWB, LC, etc.)

✨ Coordinate with production, logistics, CHA & freight forwarders

✨ Follow up for orders, payments, and shipment updates

✨ Maintain sales MIS, trackers, and documentation

✨ Ensure compliance with export regulations.

✨ Support in quotations, reports & dashboards

🔹 Required Qualifications:

✔ Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business/Commerce / International Trade

✔ 2–4 years of export/sales coordination experience

✔ Strong knowledge of Export–Import documentation & Incoterms

✔ Familiarity with LC documentation & DGFT procedures (preferred)

✔ Good communication & email skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office

✔ Experience in the PET Preforms/Packaging industry is an added
