Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless sales coordination and operations across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). This role requires strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills to support the sales team, maintain accurate data, and facilitate promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales operations for EBOs.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the sales team, clients, and management.
  • Manage and update the sales database accurately.
  • Support planning and execution of promotional events and activities.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and provide timely updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
