Handle inquiries from customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Manage and maintain customer records and databases. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients. Ensure timely processing of orders, dispatches, and deliveries. Act as a point of contact between the customer and the internal departments. Monitor team performance, provide administrative support, and report sales data. Help with the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events. Maintain inventory and assist in forecasting demand.
