Job Title:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting and selling crusher industry products (crushers, spare parts, screening equipment, and related solutions). The role involves coordinating with customers, sales executives, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, sales activities, and pending payments.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Handle after-sales service coordination, including spare parts supply and service scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store/warehouse for stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements during the sales process.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in

    industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or crusher industry

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of crusher machines, spares, and aggregate industry will be an added advantage.
