Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Dealer Network Expansion Identify and onboard new dealers in under-served or high-potential markets. Conduct market segmentation and white space analysis for network planning. Ensure all appointed dealers meet required infrastructure, financial, and technical criteria. Dealer Performance & Sales Enablement Monitor dealer sales performance against targets (monthly, quarterly, annual). Drive adoption of sales tools, CRM, lead tracking, and reporting systems. Conduct regular business reviews with dealers and recommend corrective actions. Technical Training & Capability Building Coordinate training on crushing plants, blast hole drills, and attachments for dealer sales and service teams. Ensure readiness for equipment commissioning, field servicing, and troubleshooting. Certify key technical personnel within dealer organizations. After-Sales and Customer Experience Improve dealer after-sales KPIs: parts availability, response times, machine uptime. Support dealers in developing local service teams and spare parts infrastructure. Act as escalation point for unresolved technical or commercial issues. Marketing & Co-Branding Support dealer participation in industry events, expos, and demo days. Run localized marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility. Guide dealers on brand compliance and product positioning. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop Capture insights on competitor activities, pricing, market demand, and fleet deployments. Share feedback with product and R&D teams for product development and enhancements. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors in Business Administration / Mechanical Engineer Experience: 0-4 years in dealer development or industrial equipment sales. Knowledge of crushing and screening systems, hydraulic attachments, and drilling equipment. However training will be imparted. Key Skills: Strong dealer/channel management experience. Technical sales and product training expertise. Ability to travel extensively to remote dealer and customer sites. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. KPIs: Number of active & compliant dealers onboarded Dealer sales contribution & YoY growth Network coverage ratio across priority territories Technical training hours delivered Dealer customer satisfaction index Desirable Traits: Field-hardened with exposure to tough working environments (mining sites, quarries). Comfortable engaging with dealer principals, site managers, and equipment operators. Passionate about machinery, reliability, and operational efficiency.
