Sales Coordinator & Client Advisor


Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator & Client Advisor will act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting internal sales coordination. The role involves handling inquiries, advising clients on suitable products, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and advise on suitable tableware and interior collections.
  • Share catalogues, pricing, lead times, and product details with clients.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and sales-related documentation.
  • Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with imports, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Maintain accurate client records, lead trackers, and order status reports.
  • Support senior sales team with follow-ups, coordination, and account management activities.


Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience;

    freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and basic reporting.
  • Interest in design, interiors, hospitality, or premium lifestyle products is a plus.
