Job Description

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational activities
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and related documentation
  • Manage and update customer databases, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and communication to ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and promotional materials
  • Monitor sales targets, track performance metrics, and assist in sales forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and customer communications
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department and ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
