Sales Controller

As an Automotive Business Controller at SKF, you will play a crucial role in providing management control over capital employed and the cost of doing business. Your responsibilities will include being a strategic financial partner for the business, monitoring business unit performance, product pricing, profit planning, and financial evaluation of various aspects. You will also be responsible for reporting, controlling, compliance, process improvement, and managing various metrics to optimize business performance. Your role will involve serving as the financial liaison between the business unit and the finance department, offering strategic and tactical financial support, transforming strategies into financial plans, and monitoring KPIs and financial implications on profitability. You will be instrumental in implementing measures to optimize accounts receivables, conducting sales and profits variance analysis, and ensuring compliance to SKF Group Accounting, Reporting & Auditing policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess financial acumen, analytical skills, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and experience working in a multi-cultural environment. Your profile should include a university degree in Commerce and CA / ICWAI or equivalent degree in Professional Accounting Management Qualification OR an MBA in Finance with experience in Controlling. Additionally, 8-10 years of experience in organizations with services, projects, and distribution networks, along with experience in the manufacturing industry, costing, and controlling is preferred.
