Role & responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers and pitch premium memberships Drive high-quality conversations that lead to conversions Build rapport and trust quickly Even on a 2AM call Hit (and exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly targets with flair Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Telesales (Night shift experience is mandatory) Superb communication and persuasion skills Strong command over English (a must for international or NRI Calls) Excellent verbal communication skills in English language; strong written communication skills are also required (a must for international or NRI calls) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high level of organization skills necessary.
