Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at our Automobile company in Baner, Pune, your main objective is to sell new Mercedes-Benz vehicles along with optional extras, accessories, financial services, and insurance. You will be representing the brand, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. Your role involves establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and brand loyalty. It is essential to offer customers relevant information and solutions related to products and services to fulfill their requirements while meeting sales targets with a focus on outstanding customer service standards.
