Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential international clients (mainly USA).
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our digital marketing services.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client details and sales activity.
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach.
Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of sales concepts and digital marketing services is a plus (training will be provided).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
