Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:

    Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay up to date with product knowledge regarding the latest vehicle models, features, and pricing. Be able to explain vehicle specifications, benefits, and financing options in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Sales Process:

    Lead the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, including test drives, negotiation, and closing the sale. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.
  • Relationship Building:

    Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with leads, maintain contact with past clients, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Goals:

    Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Work with management to set realistic goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Financing and Documentation:

    Explain financing options to customers, assist with loan applications, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management:

    Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Previous sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry, is preferred but not required. A background in retail or customer service can also be valuable.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and build rapport with customers.
  • Customer Focus:

    A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Ability to effectively negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales.
  • Technology Proficiency:

    Comfortable using computer systems and software for managing customer data, sales tracking, and inventory.
  • Team Player:

    Able to work collaboratively with other sales team members and departments to meet company goals.
  • Valid Drivers License:

    Must have a valid drivers license to conduct test drives and perform other required tasks.
