Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and build relationships to generate leads for sales growth.
Meet or exceed monthly targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue through upselling existing ones.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in banking sales or related field (insurance sales, loan sales).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Age 18-30 years
For males Bike and license is mandatory.
Telugu and English Mandatory.
