Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget. The role involves building strong customer relationships, explaining vehicle features, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive buying experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options clearly
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Generate and follow up on sales leads (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries)
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and required documentation
• Negotiate prices within company guidelines to close sales
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Stay updated on new models, promotions, and competitors

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales preferred
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
