The consultative sales role is for that candidate who has strong connections with SMEs (topline) above 1500 crore and VC Backed Entrepreneurs looking to scale in India and globally. He will be responsible to bring in target clients for IgniteOne and achieve the sales targets. He will be maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.Qualifications

• Consultative Sales
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven track record in B2B sales,
• Strong top line connections with SMEs above 1500 crore and VC Backed Entrepreneurs looking to scale
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Leadership Consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  

The desired candidate will given an equity share and percentage of revenue will also be shared with him.
