The consultative sales role is for that candidate who has strong connections with SMEs (topline) above 1500 crore and VC Backed Entrepreneurs looking to scale in India and globally. He will be responsible to bring in target clients for IgniteOne and achieve the sales targets. He will be maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. Role Overview We are seeking 2 experienced Freelance Sales Consultants to drive client acquisition and business growth for IgniteOne in two key regions: 1.India Market 2.US, Canada & Middle East Markets The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding CEO-level clients and leadership teams in SMEs and large organizations. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong networks, and the ability to articulate the value of leadership transformation solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect SME organizations (Atleast ₹500 Cr+ turnover or equivalent in USD) in target regions. Engage directly with CEOs, Founders, CHROs, and Leadership Teams. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Represent IgniteOne’s offerings (Leadership Development Programs, Organizational Transformation, Executive Coaching, and Conscious Evolution frameworks). Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultative discussions, proposal support, and deal closure. Collaborate with the core IgniteOne team on proposals, client presentations, and strategic partnerships. Provide periodic reports on pipeline progress and market insights. Key Requirements Proven sales experience in B2B consulting, leadership development, HR/OD, or professional services. Strong network with CXO-level leaders in target geographies. Ability to drive high-value consultative sales (₹50L–₹5Cr deal sizes or equivalent). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working independently. Familiarity with leadership/organizational development or HR consulting (preferred). For India role: Deep understanding of Indian SME landscape. For US/Canada/Middle East role: Prior exposure to international markets and cross-cultural business development.
