Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive, your role at our company in Chennai will involve new customer acquisition, cold calling, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals for our Airport Products, with a focus on Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS). To excel in this position, you must have hands-on experience in selling to the airport industry and a proven track record of successfully closing complex deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities within the airport sector - Conducting cold calls and outreach activities to generate qualified leads - Presenting and promoting company products, especially FIDS, to airport authorities, system integrators, and aviation stakeholders - Managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential for long-term business success. Collaboration with internal product, technical, and leadership teams to address client requirements effectively is crucial. Keeping accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and activity logs will be necessary for effective performance in this role. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging airport technologies is vital for success. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related fields - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the airport industry or aviation technology sectors - Proven success in closing sales deals and achieving/exceeding sales targets - Experience in cold calling and proactive customer engagement - Strong knowledge of airport operations, aviation IT systems, or Flight Information Display Systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. You should be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Having an existing network with airport authorities, system integrators, or aviation consultants is advantageous. Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities, are preferred skills. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required for effective client communication. A clear and neutral accent that enables effective communication with clients globally is essential. Adaptability in communication style to suit different cultures and regions effectively is also important for success in this role.,
