We craft more than garments—we create experiences that combine heritage, sophistication, and world-class craftsmanship.Role OverviewAs a Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with guiding clients through personalized consultations, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes. Your expertise in styling, fabric knowledge, and luxury service will ensure that every client enjoys a seamless and memorable journey at Panjab Bespoke.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultations & Styling: Conduct client appointments (30–120 mins) based on their needs—whether for suits, groomswear, or general styling.Product Knowledge: Advise clients with in-depth knowledge of fabrics, cuts, tailoring techniques, and store policies.Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest global and Indian menswear trends to provide contemporary styling guidance.Client Experience: Build trust and rapport, ensuring every consultation reflects the brand’s luxury ethos.Sales & Upselling: Confidently present product ranges, recommend add-ons, and achieve sales targets.Coordination: Work closely with the production and CRM teams to ensure smooth order flow, trials, and deliveries.Store Standards: Maintain the ambience, presentation, and hospitality expected in a luxury retail environment.Skills & Qualities RequiredStrong communication skills in English, Hindi, and PunjabiConfident, well-groomed, and personable with a luxury brand presenceAbility to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutionsKnowledge of menswear, styling, and fashion trendsTarget-driven mindset with professionalism and patienceQualifications2–4 years of experience in retail sales (luxury fashion or menswear preferred)Graduate degree (fashion/retail/business background advantageous)Prior experience in bespoke, suiting, or groomswear will be a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance incentivesStructured training in styling, luxury sales, and bespoke tailoringCareer growth opportunities in a premium fashion houseA refined work environment where every client interaction is elevated into an experience✨ At Panjab Bespoke, Sales Consultants are not just salespeople—they are stylists, advisors, and storytellers who help clients look their best on life’s most important occasions.
