Sales & Collection Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Collection Executive who will be responsible for recovering pending dues from clients/students while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role also involves promoting renewal services or upselling where possible during recovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain daily follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Share payment links, invoices, and reminders professionally.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries related to fees or services.
• Maintain proper records of communication and recovery status in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for service renewal or upselling during interaction.
• Escalate problematic cases to the senior team or legal when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in collections, tele-recovery, or sales (preferably in EdTech, banking, or service sectors).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
• Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
