Sales & Collection Executive

Role Summary:

The Collection Executive will be responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers, maintaining healthy loan portfolios, reducing delinquency levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:Collections & Recovery:

• Follow up with customers for repayment of overdue loans and EMIs.
• Visit customers’ residences or business locations for payment collection (if required).
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
• Maintain collection efficiency as per assigned targets.

Portfolio Monitoring:

• Track daily/weekly/monthly collection performance.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them to the Collection Manager.
• Ensure timely updating of collection records in the system.

Customer Handling:

• Maintain a professional and respectful approach while dealing with customers.
• Educate customers on repayment schedules and financial discipline.
• Resolve payment-related queries and provide necessary assistance.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Follow NBFC collection policies, RBI guidelines, and legal norms.
• Avoid any unethical collection practices.
• Submit regular MIS reports on collection performance.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and proactive.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / MIS reporting).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or fieldwork (NBFC/BFSI sector preferred).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field collections).
