Sales Coach

You will be responsible for conducting Financial Awareness workshops in designated geographies. Additionally, you will design and deliver learning interventions to create responsible and purpose-driven partners. You will also engage in joint field work with the onboarded Business Partners to close on prospective leads. Your role will involve creating innovative content for the variable resource to be aware of the features of products. It will be your responsibility to ensure that no mis-selling happens in the field. Furthermore, you will provide constructive feedback to create positive reinforcement in the variable workforce.
