As a Sales Coach for the B2B sector in the Elevator Industry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales capability and performance across India. Your passion for coaching, mentoring, and enabling sales teams will be instrumental in driving their success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coach and mentor regional sales teams to enhance their performance and productivity. - Conduct sales capability assessments and provide customized training interventions. - Collaborate with business leaders to ensure coaching efforts are aligned with strategic goals. - Travel extensively across India to provide on-ground support to sales teams. - Monitor progress and offer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. **Qualification Required:** - 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as industrial products, elevators, or capital goods. - Proven track record in sales coaching, training, or enablement. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel extensively and operate from the Mumbai office of clients. - Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.,
